We meet on Monday and Thursday mornings from 10.00 -11.00am.
Yoga gives you a better awareness and understanding of your body and its capabilities. Our classes are mainly floor-based and are suitable for almost everybody. New members are always welcome; so why not come along and learn to move, breathe and feel revitalised and, during the relaxation, quieten your mind and find out what yoga can do for you.
All you need is a mat that you can lie on and some light loose clothing which enables you to bend and stretch easily.
